To raise money for your Charity we require the following documents:
a) Headed Paper:
To collect in Nutgrove Shopping Centre, you will need to apply for on Charity Letterhead requesting dates. You will also need to mention the name/s of the person/s who will be collecting on the day.
b) Public Liability Insurance:
You will need confirmation of Public Liability Insurance. Insurance must be checked in advance.
c) Testimonial Letter:
We request a testimonial letter to confirm how much money was collected on the day of your visit.
Please Note: Volunteers under 18 years of age to be supervised by an adult during fundraising.
